placing an order
once you have found the item(s) you wish to purchase, select the colour, size and quantity you want and select ‘add to bag’.
when you are ready to complete your order, click on the ‘checkout’ option, which is permanently at the top right of your screen.

There are 5 easy steps to complete your order:
1.welcome     2.delivery     3.summary     4.payment     5.receipt

1.welcome     
if you are an existing mail order customer and already have an account with us, enter your email address and password and click ‘sign in and continue’ to continue.
if you are a new customer please enter your email address in the second box and click ‘continue’.
(if you have forgotten your password please click ‘forgotten password?’ enter your email address and click ‘login’. an email will automatically be sent to you with instructions of how to reset your password)

2.delivery     
enter your delivery address, tick the box if this is the same as your billing address, and tick to opt in or out of creating an account with us.
you don't have to be registered to shop with us online, but if you do, you'll find that it makes shopping with us easier and faster. all your details will be saved securely for you to amend at any time in the ‘my details’ section of your account.
you can also ‘edit’ your shopping cart at anytime throughout this process until you click through to ‘proceed to payment’.

3.summary     
once you have clicked ‘next step’ you will be taken through to a summary of your order. here you have an opportunity to enter any promotional codes you may have – click ‘update’ to apply. if you are sending a gift enter any messages you would like us to include with your order free of charge (yes it’s all part of the service!) if your order is being sent overseas (so not within nz) please select your preferred freight option from the list provided – choose from either standard international airmail or courier option (this only applies to countries where new zealand post have express delivery options)
please also ensure that all of your address and order details are correct at this point.

4.payment     
once you have selected how you would like to pay and clicked ‘proceed to payment’ you will be taken through to a completely secure site to enter your card details – dps, payment express. we do not store your card details, these are processed independently. we accept visa, and mastercard only at this time. where you are asked for your ‘card security code’ this is the 3 digits on the back of your card normally found next to the signature strip.
once you click ‘submit’ you should immediately see an approved template on your screen meaning your transaction has been successfully processed. please take a note of the generated authorization code. click ‘next’.

5.receipt
we are constantly working at delivering the very best shopping experience for our customers. at this point we ask that you please take 2 minutes to rate your shopping experience with us to help us with any improvements.
thank you for shopping with global culture! you can now click to view or print an invoice but a copy will have been emailed to you as well. we will send an email confirmation once your items have been dispatched. a track & trace number will be provided if relevant. you can also view a summery of all of your transactions with us by clicking ‘my details’ on the top right of your screen whilst you are logged in.
